Hey, I’m Sagar Chauhan, founder of GeekyNexus, where every techie and gamer will become pro with expert-level guides for their favorite games, softwares, and entertainment.

Before I tell you about this website, I want to tell you a little about myself because GeekyNexus.com is not just a gaming website; it is a reflection of what I have learned over decades.

My Story

I am from New Delhi, India, and my gaming experience started at the age of 10, when I first got my hands on GTA Vice City. However, I did not understand the game very well at that age, missions, etc., because my elder brother would only let me drive cars or the tank (PANZER). We used to play together, and he used to yell at me, ‘You little goofball, control the tank while I blast other vehicles!’ lmfao.

I have been crazy about video games since childhood. I used to skip my classes and spend time at the nearby game parlor playing my favorite games like Street Fighter, Tekken 3, Snow Bros, and GTA San Andreas. And when I finally got my own PC in secondary school, I used to grind on Call of Duty, Roblox, GTA 5, and Minecraft.

My interest has always been drawn toward fighting and shooter games that have difficult missions to level up. As I like challenges, I found all this in Rockstar Games’ Grand Theft Auto 5, Red Dead Redemption, Rainbow Six Siege, etc. Now I’m dying to get my hands on GTA 6 and waiting for Deadlock to be released globally.

How GeekyNexus Was Born

Whatever games I played, I mastered them with the help of my personal experience. Understanding the game mechanics, and continuously playing them, which gave me experience. At that time, I used to help my friends progress faster in the game, figure out how to get cosmetics and complete challenges, and keep them updated on gaming gossips.

However, those guides on online platforms weren’t that easy to follow. The reason was genuine because those news sites wrote guidance articles that weren’t from a gamer’s point of view, which was really disappointing.

That’s the first time I came up with the idea of creating a platform where other players wouldn’t have to deal with complicated tutorials or get frustrated trying to understand a game. I wanted to create a reliable source where they could get legitimate guides. Game’s characters, tier list, defeat bosses and progress guides, all from an experienced gamer who actually played the game.
